Dubai International Airport, located in the heart of the vibrant Emirati metropolis, boasts ultramodern terminals that welcome a considerable number of passengers every day, including tourists drawn by the city's iconic wonders, such as the Burj Khalifa and luxurious beaches. Designed to offer a smooth and pleasant travel experience, the airport is continually investing in improving its infrastructure to meet the ever-increasing expectations of travellers. Although new extensions are planned to keep pace with the constant increase in air traffic, the current facilities, combining efficiency and sustainable development, already meet the highest international standards.
Dubai Airport - Terminal 1
Terminal 1 of Dubai International Airport (DXB) serves many international airlines. Its boarding gates (D Gates) are reached by a short ride on an automated train.

The terminal offers restaurants, cafes, duty-free shops and lounges.
Dubai Airport Terminal 2
Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport (DXB), whose gates are lettered F, offers regional and international flights. flydubai operates some of its flights there, alongside several regional airlines.
Terminal 2 is separate from Terminals 1 and 3: always check your terminal with your airline before you arrive at the airport.
DXB Terminal 3
Terminal 3 has three boarding areas: gates A, B and C. According to Dubai Airports, they are mainly used by Emirates, flydubai, United and Air Canada; the official airline directory also lists Qantas among them.
You can walk between B Gates and C Gates, and a short train ride connects to A Gates.
The terminal has duty-free shops, restaurants and lounges. It is connected to the Airport Terminal 3 metro station, on the red line: see our page Metro.
Transfer between terminals :
Terminal 2 is separated from Terminals 1 and 3. If your connection involves a change of terminal or boarding area, please check with your airline or airport staff upon arrival: the procedures and transfer times vary.
Access and transport :
Terminal 2 is not served by the metro: you can reach it by taxi, in bus or by private transport. Terminals 1 and 3 each have a station on the red line. If you are coming by car, please see our page parking.
